With over 30 years experience and offices in APAC, Europe and the US have positioning themselves as a leader in the provision of instrumentation and technical assistance through to implementation and asset management.Our client supplies a wide range of industries including Mining / Mineral Processing, water supply / waste water, bulk materials handling and chemical. They are in an exciting phase and will launch several leading technology measurement products into the Australian and Global markets.You will be responsible for:The recruitment and management of a National Sales Team including establishment of relevant KPI's and sales processes.Regular liaison with R&D and manufacturing departmentsAssist in establishing new offices and personnel?throughout AustraliaDrive increased revenue through the management of a diverse, national sales channel including end users and distributorsYou will have / be:Technically conversant within Process Control / Instrumentation and related technologies (Control systems etc)Have a sustained history of success and achievement within Technical Sales ideally on a National BasisIdeally have sold into similar markets (see above)Excellent organisational and communication skillsClient Offers:Competitive Salary - $80k to $110k base + bonus + car / car allowance + super Strong Opportunity to progress - a large proportion of their business comes from overseas operations and projects so this role can progress into a Global Sales Management role An Opportunity to work for a progressive, technology leading, Australian ManufacturerAustCorp Executive is Australia's leading executive recruitment company.
