They employ over 1,200 people in 28 offices across Australia and New Zealand alone.?Due to strategic expansion, acquisition?and re-structure they are looking to?relaunch their Instrumentation &?Control Systems Division through the recruitment of senior business development managers from within direct and related markets.?Responsibilities:Development,?delivery and maintainenance on a yearly basis of a regional sales strategy and sales plan, aligned to your clients ongoing strategic and tactical business initiatives and aimed at delivering clear value to your clients.Coordination of sales activity on all assigned client accounts Develop and sustain key relationships within the client base in your region. Participate in the identification of product development/improvement requirements that are required by your clients to further increase the value the client can add to their systems investment. Utilise and collaborate with?the team of Technical Consultants, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Application Specialists to support your clients' requirements and the growth of the clients business relationships with them.?Requirements:Strong technical knowledge of Instruments, Distributed Control Systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems Sales Management skills in areas of team development, forecasting, planning and commercial negotiations Significant and successful experience in Sales in the development and growth of corporate accounts (preferably industrial) Relevant vertical market and business experience and exposure to commodity based industries, specifically Power, Mining, Minerals, Metals and Oil and Gas Excellent verbal/written/presentation skills, together with the ability to communicate and collaborate at senior management and executive levels within a client organisation Client Offers:?Excellent opportunity within a global leader across multiple locations and technologies focused on added value and technology differentiation.National, APAC and Global Roles from an Australian BaseTop 10 investor in R&D in Australia??AustCorp Executive is Australia's leading executive recruitment company.
