| Job Details Sales Executives - Building, Construction & Mining Maximise your potential - $$'s & Career Wise Attractive Base, incentives and uncapped commissionOur building, construction and mining recruitment team based in the centre of the CBD in Sydney and servicing the whole of Australia are seeking experienced relationship builders to develop existing accounts and create new business opportunities for tomorrow?s sales and management executives. In this varied role you will create and develop new business opportunites for experienced sales, marketing and management executives within the building, architectural, interior, construction and mining sectors. In this hands on recruitment role you will draft advertisements, take job briefs from clients, proactively work with stand out candidates, attend industry trade shows and exhibitions, develop and create new business opportunities and negotiate with key clients. In summary you will become an industry specialist building long term relationships with key clients, star candidates and industry peers. The role is varied, challenging, fast paced, extremely rewarding and will see you developing strong relationships with a great team of individuals who have the same goal ? to earn excellent money and enjoy it ! To be considered for this great opportunity you will ideally have; A proven track record in a sales related position High level of confidence, maturity and desire to succeed. Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills. Superb customer service values. Intermediate computer skills The ability to work autonomously and manage your clients effectively. A hunger to develop your skills and career. A good sense of humour and enjoyment of working in a real friendly team environment. A can do attitude and positive outlook to your life in general.
