Due to internal promotion this senior management role has become available in Melbourne. The core objective of the role is to coach, drive and mentor an experienced team of business development staff in Victoria. Using your proven sales management background and ability to develop relationships with architects, designers, builders, developers and varied end users your role is pivotal to the continued success of the business. With key account management responsibilities and an input into budgets, targets and forecasts you will work closely with the national sales manager to design and implement strategies and policies to increase market share in Victoria. The selected candidate will be a proven sales manager who is able to demonstrate successfully leading an external sales team in the architectural interiors industry. With an ability to lead from the front and develop existing key account relationships with major builders, architects and end users you will be a hands on sales manager who enjoys being in the coal face with your team. Your key strengths will include; Proven sales management pedigree Strong, varied and adaptable management style Specific sales experience relating to high end interior products Some financial & P&L experience Exceptional business development & negotiation skills Strong drive, determination and will to succeed Passion for high end niche products $80k base neg + super + car + commissions.
