But to do that, you’ll be meeting and talking to lots of weird and wonderful people: cold calling, networking, visiting clients, interviewing candidates, reference checking, writing advertisements, building relationships, offering career/industry advice, closing deals, negotiating fees… When your product is people, your days will be varied, challenging, frustrating, exciting… but never boring!
