Job Details
Service Desk Analyst - ITIL, HEAT. Salary on offer is excellent 18K-19K + 2K Bonus + excellent benefits. Role is working for a leading Education company based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. Exclusive to Go IT Recruitment Ltd - interview slots available.
Seeking candidates with strong couple of years experience in IT Support (1st Line Support) / Service Desk Analyst. Experience in call logging, prioritisation and escalation, MS Windows XP/Vista, MS Office Products, SLA’s, working with 3rd party suppliers. Service desk qualifications in ITIL, HDI and an advantage. Using call tracking software i.e. HEAT. Awareness of ITIL and IT Service best practices. Must have excellent communications skills written and verbal. Will be dealing with technical issues for laptops and PCs face-2-face on site.
